消息面上，广深铁路股份拟于10月30日举行董事会会议批准第三季度业绩。华泰证券指出，高铁受益于“性价比”出行，据国家铁路局，暑期/国庆假期铁路客流同比+7.5%/+7%。三季度高铁盈利有望维持稳健增长，但受高基数影响，3Q盈利增速或低于上半年。
长江证券指出，广深铁路的站点和线路接入高铁网络，跨港高铁客座率和自有资产利用率上升，预计业绩继续保持较高增速。浙商证券此前指出，过港直通车客流数据亮眼，贡献主要业绩增量；公司不断增加广深城际列车、过港直通车开行对数，带来旅客发送量和整体客运收入的增加。
