智通财经APP讯，中航科工(02357)发布公告，大华会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)于2023年5月18日举行的2022年度股东周年大会获委任为公司2023年度核数师，任期至公司2023年度股东周年大会结束为止。根据公司2024年度核数师选聘结果，公司董事会在取得公司的审计及风险管理委员会的推荐意见后，建议委任大信会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为公司2024年度核数师。公司将举行临时股东大会以供股东审议及批准(其中包括)建议委任大信为2024年度核数师。大信的任期自临时股东大会结束后开始，至公司2024年度股东周年大会结束为止，惟须待股东于临时股东大会上批准方可作实。
