Sheffield Green (SGX:SGR) launched an offshore wind training center in Taiwan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The facility will deliver courses and programs accredited by the Global Wind Organisation. The aim of the facility is to help Taiwan meet its target to generate 20% of its electricity through renewable means by 2025.
Meanwhile, the company has also entered into a non-binding MoU with Grupo Stier XXI to explore the acquisition of the Spanish company's training center business.
