智通财经APP讯，中国食品(00506)发布公告，兹提述有关由公司、供应链(天津)(公司间接非全资附属公司)与中粮财务于订立的2021年财务服务协议项下拟进行的持续关连交易的公司2021年公告。2021年财务服务协议将于2024年12月13日到期。
为了继续更有效率地运用集团的内部资金及更好地促进集团内部公司之间的结算服务，公司、供应链(天津)与中粮财务于2024年10月28日订立2024年财务服务协议。根据2024年财务服务协议，中粮财务将向公司的附属公司提供(当中包括)存款服务、资金结算服务，以及其他金融服务(包括委托贷款服务)。
中粮财务与十间中国主要商业银行(包括中国工商银行、中国建设银行、中国银行、中国农业银行、招商银行、交通银行、中国农业发展银行、中信银行、平安银行及中国邮政储蓄银行)均设有完善的营运网络，该网络成为汇集公司附属公司资金的必要及有效的渠道。与单一或少数第三方商业银行相比，公司相信，中粮财务可为集团提供更多元化且更灵活的财务服务。
