智通财经APP讯，国美零售(00493)发布公告，开元信德会计师事务所有限公司(开元信德)考虑到(其中包括)其可用的内部资源等因素后，已于2024年10月28日辞任公司核数师。公司亦注意到，根据中华人民共和国财政部的监管决定，开元信德在5年内不再能够为在中国内地以外上市的内地企业提供审计服务，并已向开元信德作出相关查询。考虑到上述原因及情况，董事会接受开元信德的辞任。
公告称，中瑞和信会计师事务所有限公司(中瑞和信)已自2024年10月28日起获委任为公司新核数师，以填补开元信德辞任后的临时空缺，任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
