智通财经APP获悉，根据中原按揭研究部及土地注册处数字指出，2024年9月录得32宗安老按揭登记，与8月份18宗相比增加14宗，环比上月增78%。9月份安老按揭登记当中，中银香港(02388)市占率高达96.9%。上海商业银行排第二，有1宗登记，市占率3.1%。
2024年首9个月录得324宗安老按揭登记，对比去年同期231宗，增40.3%。今年首9个月安老按揭登记中，中银香港录得318宗安老按揭登记，同比增40.7%，市占率达98.1%占榜首。期内上商排名第二，期内有4宗安老按揭登记，巿占率增至1.2%。东亚银行(00023)录得2宗安老按揭登记，巿占率增至0.6%，列第三。
根据香港按证保险公司统计数字，2024年9月份有83宗安老按揭申请，月环比跌17.8%，较去年同期(85宗)跌2.4%，首9个月录得780宗安老按揭申请，对比去年同期519宗增加50.3%。
香港按揭证券公司于2011年7月正式推出安老按揭计划，根据该公司统计资料显示，截至2024年9月30日为止，安老按揭计划累计有7758宗申请，以单人申请占最多，比例达65.5%，双人及三人则分别占34.4%及0.1%。安老按揭用家平均年龄约68岁，平均物业价值为570万港元(介于36万港元至6500万港元)，每月取得的年金平均为1.68万港元(介于0-19.8万港元)，物业楼龄平均32年(介于1-71年)。
