智通财经APP讯，恒大汽车(00708)发布公告，于2024年10月25日，接获潜在卖方的通知，彼等已决定停止与潜在买方有关潜在股份转让的所有讨论，并已决定不继续进行潜在股份转让。概未就潜在股份转让订立任何买卖协议。因此，预期将不会与潜在买方(或其指定的另一方)签订融资协议，或以其他方式向本公司提供任何融资。
董事会亦接获潜在卖方的通知，潜在卖方仍在寻找可能的买家并识别出售其所持有股份的潜在机会。然而，截至本公告日期，尚未与任何可能的买家达成任何协议、安排或理解，且潜在卖方尚未发现出任何明确的机会。对于任何潜在机会是否会实现，或若实现，其结构或形式将如何，尚未有定论。本公司将根据上市规则的规定，于适时刊发公告。
就收购守则而言，要约期于2024年5月26日开始，并于本公告日期结束。
公司已向联交所申请由2024年10月28日上午9时正起恢复买卖股份。
