　　金融一线10月26日消息，全球财富管理论坛·2024上海苏河湾大会于10月26-27日在上海举行。

　　DWS集团亚太区首席投资总监Ivy NG表示，直接房地产投资通常会面临流动性挑战。直接房地产投资不仅需要大量资本，还需要长期的“买入并持有”心态，因为前期成本高，预期回报通常要在多年后才能实现。由于市场条件或物业特定问题，出售物业可能需要时间——几个月甚至几年。此外，直接房地产交易还带有额外的执行风险。

　　Ivy NG称，相比之下，上市房地产提供了这些流动性问题的解决方案，同时仍然允许投资者受益于房地产的潜在回报。
