Healthpeak Properties (DOC) reported Q3 adjusted funds from operations late Thursday of $0.41 per diluted share, up from $0.40 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.38.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $700.4 million, up from $556.2 million a year earlier.

For 2024, the company said it now expects adjusted FFO of $1.56 to $1.58 per diluted share, compared with its prior range of $1.54 to $1.58. Analysts expect $1.53

The company maintained its quarterly cash dividend at $0.30 per share, payable Nov. 15 to stockholders of record Nov. 4.
