金融界10月30日消息，威铖国际在2023财年中期报告中透露，已收购VS Vietnam的43.29%股权，从而使得对VS Vietnam已发行股本的持股比例增加至62.03%。VS Vietnam主要在越南从事制造和销售塑料注射成型、装配电子产品及模具设计和制模。根据报告，威铖国际在此期间录得的收入为人民币56,040,000元，较2013年同期的人民币76,440,000元减少了人民币20,400,000元，降幅达26.69%。期内毛利由2013年同期的人民币11,510,000元减少至人民币6,810,000元，毛利率由15.06%下降至12.15%。此外，公司经营开支（包含销售费用及一般和管理费用）由人民币30,450,000元增至人民币63,640,000元，比2013年同期增加了人民币33,190,000元。税后净亏损为人民币9,500,000元，而2013年同期为人民币22,320,000元。
