智通财经APP讯，浪潮数字企业(00596)发布公告，目标公司山东浪潮数字服务计划引进一名战略投资者提高本公司的市场认可度及价值，增强资本实力以促进业务发展，以及改善企业管治以实现资源及金融资本双赋能。浪潮(山东)电子及浪潮通用软件拟与目标公司及投资者济南云涌资本投资合伙企业 订立增资协议，内容有关增资人民币4000万元，其中约人民币1264万元将支付至注册资本及约人民币2736万元将支付至资本储备。
于增资完成后，目标公司注册资本将由人民币1.6亿元增加至约人民币1.73亿元。浪潮(山东)电子、浪潮通用软件及投资者于目标公司所持股权将分别约为 83.41%、9.27%及7.32%。本公司将继续为目标公司的控股股东且目标公司财务业绩将继续并入本公司财务业绩。
