智通财经APP讯，华南职业教育(06913)发布公告，2024年10月31日，岭南职业技术学院与承包商广东集盛建设有限公司订立整体装修及安装协议，承包商须向岭南职业技术学院提供清远新宿舍及地下室的装修及安装服务，合约价格为人民币6353.36万元。
标的事项：承包商将作为总承包商，负责清远新宿舍及地下室的装修，以及(其中包括)清远新宿舍及地下室的部分供水和排水设施、电力设施、消防安全设施、防雷设施、电梯及室外管网的安装。
于同日，岭南职业技术学院与承包商订立地基施工协议，承包商须向岭南职业技术学院提供清远新宿舍及地下室若干基坑支护的施工服务，合约价格为人民币851.98万元。
标的事项：承包商将作为总承包商，负责清远校区第54号地下室II的基坑支护施工。
公告称，由于岭南职业技术学院学生人数不断增加，岭南职业技术学院的现有宿舍床位数量在不久的将来可能无法满足学生的需求。清远新宿舍及地下室将扩大岭南职业技术学院的学生容量，从而支持其业务进一步发展。此外，新宿舍将配备更先进的设施，有助于改善学生的生活条件及提高校园安全性。因此，董事相信，清远新宿舍及地下室将促进集团的发展并提升其竞争力与市场认可度。集团已就承建清远新宿舍及地下室的主体与承包商订立施工总承包合约。装修及施工协议项下拟进行的交易将为清远新宿舍及地下室提供必要的装修及设施。
