Drilling Tools International (DTI) said Thursday it agreed to acquire downhole tool rental firm Titan Tools Services.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Drilling Tools expects to close the transaction in Q1, 2025, conditional on closing requirements and regulatory approvals.
Shares of Drilling Tools were down more than 1% in recent trading.
