　　海丰国际（01308）发布公告，于2024年10月29日，海丰船东行使按总代价5796万美元建造两艘集装箱船舶的期权。造船商（黄海造船有限公司）将为集团建造两艘载重吨约为24000吨的1800标准箱的集装箱船舶。两艘期权船舶预期将分别于2027年6月30日及2027年8月31日或之前交付。

　　公司乃亚洲领先航运物流公司，提供综合运输及物流解决方案。行使期权是为扩充集团的自有集装箱船队，以满足集团的营运需求。
