Commvault Systems (CVLT) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.83, up from $0.70 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.76.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $233.3 million, compared with $201 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $220.9 million.
For fiscal Q3, the company said it expects revenue to range between $243 million and $247 million.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $236.5 million.
Commvault also said it now expects fiscal 2025 revenue of $952 million to $957 million, compared with its prior guidance range of $915 million to $925 million.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $928.4 million.
The company's shares were up over 12% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
