智通财经APP讯，立德教育(01449)发布公告，于2024年10月30日(交易时段后)，黑龙江工商学院与海发宝诚融资租赁就售后租回租赁资产(海发宝诚)订立买卖协议(海发宝诚)、融资租赁协议(海发宝诚)及服务协议(海发宝诚)，售价为人民币3000万元及总租赁付款为人民币3180万元。
据悉，租赁资产为黑龙江工商学院根据买卖协议(海发宝诚)及融资租赁协议(海发宝诚)出售予海发宝诚融资租赁并回租予黑龙江工商学院的若干资产，包括测绘设备、液压设备、实验室与测试设备、电气设备、运输设备、数据观测设备等。
