智通财经APP讯，北京建设(00925)发布公告，根据中华人民共和国财政部及国务院国有资产监督管理委员会的相关规定，对会计师事务所连续承担公司财务决算审计业务的年限有限制。由于公司连续委聘安永会计师事务所的年期已经达到规定年限，公司董事会宣布，安永已辞任公司核数师，自2024年11月1日起生效。
在公司审核委员会建议下，董事会议决委任德勤‧关黄陈方会计师行为公司新任核数师，以填补安永辞任后的临时空缺。德勤将任职直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
