10月30日，【黄金技术面分析】：再从小时级盘面上来看，金价自上周2758的高位回撤以来，在08位置反弹，低点位置逐步上移，本周2724可做为一个支撑位参考，其次是2708的多空分水岭，在此之上，金价还是看好再度走高去刷新高点的走势。今日金价开盘直接走高，截止发文已刷新历史高点2778附近，目前没有消息面的刺激，那么此位置可以用小止损去博金价回调到日内起涨点附近的。综合来看，黄金今日建议以回踩低多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方短期重点关注2785-2790一线阻力，下方短期重点关注2760-2755一线支撑。

　　【原油技术面分析】：日线上周五带有上下影线的阴柱贯穿中轨和均线粘合点，代表价格还是震荡走势。而目前日线指标macd死叉放量，灵动指标sto向下代表日线震荡偏弱。短期关注均线MA60和中轨粘合压制72.2一线。4小时当前macd死叉放量，灵动指标sto快速向下到超卖区域附近代表4小时目前震荡偏弱。小时线目前macd死叉缩量粘合，灵动指标sto快速向下修复，代表1小时线目前向下试探昨日低点的过程，如果不能下破可能伴随震荡反弹。综合来看，原油今日操作思路上以反弹高空为主，回踩低多为辅，上方短期关注68.5-69.0一线阻力，下方短期关注66.3-65.8一线支撑。
