智通财经APP讯，知乎-W(02390)公布，要约已于最后接纳时限(即2024年10月30日(星期三)下午四时正(香港时间)或上午四时正(纽约时间))截止。于最后接纳时限，登记处根据非美国要约从接纳股东收到涉及合共约1313.89万股A类普通股的有效接纳，及交付代理根据美国要约从接纳美国存托股持有人收到涉及合共6,625,706股美国存托股(相当于约1987.71万股A类普通股)的有效接纳。截至本公告日期，该等股份占公司根据要约将予回购的最高数目的约70.4%及已发行及发行在外股份总数(按一股一票基准，不包括因行使或归属根据2012年计划及2022年计划授出的奖励而发行予存管处用于批量发行美国存托股以留作日后发行的A类普通股)的约11.2%。
因此，公司将于要约完成(预期将于2024年11月8日(星期五)或之前落实)时回购及注销合共33,016,016股A类普通股。公司就根据要约回购所述A类普通股应付的总代价约为3.01亿港元。
