CapitaLand Ascott Trust's (SGX:HMN) gross profit for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was up 8% year over year, the company said in a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday, without disclosing the actual figures.
Revenue per available unit was up 3% year over year to SG$158, driven by higher average occupancy of 79%.
