克莉丝汀(01210.HK) 公布，董事会今日(30日)已决议，鉴于针对洪敦清之纪律行动及无法联络到洪敦清，且其未经董事会特别许可而连续六个月缺席董事会会议，故即时撤销洪敦清的公司董事职位。
据悉，联交所早前对克莉丝汀七名现任及前任董事采取纪律行动，批评公司非执行董事洪敦清。联交所亦表示，若洪敦清于纪律行动声明日期起计14日后，仍继续担任公司或其任何附属公司之董事或高级管理层职位，联交所将根据上市规则取消克莉丝汀的上市地位。
另外，应克莉丝汀要求，其股份已自2023年4月3日起停牌，以待刊发截至2022年12月31日止年度之年度业绩公告，并将继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知为止。(js/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
