【广州土拍收金81.17亿：保利发展摘琶洲南3宗地块】金十数据10月30日讯，10月30日，广州迎来5宗宅地出让，其中荔湾区1宗、海珠区3宗、天河区1宗，总建设用地面积78434.42㎡，规划建面241853㎡，总起拍价81.17亿元。最终5宗地块顺利底价成交，收金81.17亿元。海珠区琶洲南区3宗地块位置相邻，总出让宗地面积55202㎡，总规划建筑面积138006㎡，起始总价约59亿元，地块起拍楼面价均在4.3万元/㎡左右。3宗地块体量均不大，容积率均为2.5，是广州落实打造“好房子”、提供高品质住宅服务的积极探索。最终3宗地块均由广东保利城市发展有限公司底价竞得。
