智通财经APP获悉，中国金石(01380)早盘再遭资金爆炒，股价一度暴涨23%，尾盘转跌逾4%，截至发稿，跌3.53%，报0.164港元，成交额1174.91万港元。
消息面上，中国金石公告，公司接获AOFI律师发出的违约事件通知。于10月4日有关转换总面值为125万的港元可换股票据的换股通知送达后，公司未能于2024年10月9日或前向AOFI交付所要求换股股份，且于违约通知日期仍未向AOFI交付所要求换股股份。公司若在11月1日或前未能支付AOFI所要求款项，AOFI将对公司提起法律诉讼。
此外，中国金石宣布，前执行董事及前主要股东郑永晖在公开市场上出售合共5638万股股份，占已发行股份总数约26.23%。紧随出售后，郑永晖持有已发行股份总数约0.01%，不再为该公司主要股东。值得注意的是，中国金石此前发布公告，郑永晖先生已因其他个人工作承诺而辞任公司执行董事，自2024年10月21日起生效。
