项目简介

华泰宝湾物流REIT基金份额3亿份，发售价格4.062元/份，募集资金总额12.186亿元。华泰宝湾物流REIT原始权益人为宝湾物流控股有限公司的3家全资子公司，基金管理人和专项计划管理人为华泰证券（上海）资产管理有限公司，底层资产为天津宝湾物流园、南京宝湾物流园和嘉兴宝湾物流园。上述天津、南京和嘉兴3处物流园分别于2009年8月、2014年10月、2017年3月投入运营，建筑面积分别约为15.83万平方米、10.49万平方米、5.99万平方米，2023年营业收入分别约为4075万元、3170万元、2269万元。
