Abundante (SGX:570) transferred a 100% equity interest in TMC Concrete Pumping Services to TMC Pumping System, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Both companies are Abundante's direct wholly owned subsidiaries.
The transfer will allow the group to streamline its operations and offer improved administrative efficiency.
