智通财经APP获悉，安徽皖通高速公路(00995)现跌超5%，截至发稿，跌5.02%，报8.71港元，成交额1744.53万港元。
消息面上，皖通高速公告，第三季度营收为19.9亿元，同比下降1.47%；净利润为4.11亿元，同比下降19.57%。前三季度营收为50.43亿元，同比增长16.10%；净利润为12.21亿元，同比下降9.60%。华泰证券指出，三季度盈利下滑主国内有效需求不足，引起车流内生增长偏弱；改扩建施工引起车辆绕；路网变化总体偏负面影响。
该行指出，公司在三季度录得公允价值变动损失626万元，但去年同期为收益3291万元，主因中金安徽交控REIT的价格波动。REIT的底层路产沿江高速与宣广高速顺接，宣广改扩建施工亦导致沿江高速车流下滑，进而使REIT现金流能力下降。该行指出，宣广项目改扩建即将完工，或提振安徽交控REIT的现金流。
