【机构：10月一线城市二手房成交量环比增速结束连续3个月为负，首次转正】金十数据10月30日讯，上海易居房地产研究院发布数据显示，基于10月份前29日的日度交易数据，简单类推全月成交量，预计10月份一线城市二手住宅成交套数约为57260套，环比增速为49%，同比增速为57%。环同比指标复苏态势积极向好。从交易规模、环同比、城市表现四个维度来看，若撇去2023年3月异动值，今年10月份一线城市二手住宅成交套数将创2021年下半年以来月度最好水平，即二手房走出了2021年下半年以来的降温通道。环比增速指标改变了连续三个月为负的态势，首次转正。同比指标改变了9月份为负的态势，不仅转正，且增幅较大。城市方面，四个城市均呈现环同比正增长态势，且幅度都较大。以上海和深圳为例，上海10月份环比和同比指标预计为85%和81%，明显超越“荣枯线”；深圳则为86%和123%。市场活跃度较高。
