消息面上，爱高集团发布公告称，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司已有条件地同意通过配售代理按尽力基准以配售价每股配售股份3.49港元向承配人配售最多1909万股配售股份，占扩大后股本约16.66%，配售价每股3.49港元，较10月28日收市价每股4.35港元折让约19.77%。所得款项总额6660万港元，净额约6520万港元，拟用作偿还银行及其他借贷、清偿外部债务以及集团之一般营运资金。
