【环球网消费报道 记者 李文瑶】10月29日，据《华尔街日报》消息，斯特凡·德·拉·法维里 (Stéphane de La Faverie) 已被选为雅诗兰黛公司新任首席执行官。目前。雅诗兰黛公司拒绝对该消息发表评论，不过周一早些时候，该公司证实，公司首席数字官简·兰黛 (Jane Lauder) 将于 2024 年底卸任，此前简·兰黛也是另一位被认为有望入选首席执行官的人选。

自 2022 年以来，有关继任的谣言就一直流传，当时雅诗兰黛的股价持续下滑，分析师纷纷开始质疑雅诗兰黛高层的领导能力。

据了解，德·拉·法维里 (de La Faverie) 在雅诗兰黛公司工作了 13 年多，担任过各种领导职务，最近担任集团执行总裁，任职两年。在 2011 年加入该公司之前，他曾担任欧莱雅的高级副总裁。
