智通财经APP讯，中国中铁(00390)发布公告，公司于2024年10月30日召开第六届董事会第四次会议，审议通过了《关于回购注销中国中铁2021年限制性股票激励计划部分限制性股票的议案》根据《2021年限制性股票激励计划》及相关法律法规的规定，公司决定回购注销《2021年限制性股票激励计划》项下部分限制性股票。公司拟回购的限制性股票数量合计为138.0123万股，拟回购的9名激励对象的限制性股票回购价格为人民币2.944元/股加上中国人民银行公布的同期存款基准利率计算的利息之和，5名激励对象的限制性股票回购价格为人民币2.944元/股。
公司拟回购注销14名激励对象持有的已获授但尚未解除限售的限制性股票共计138.0123万股。其中，回购5名激励对象已获授但尚未解除限售的全部限制性股票共计68.8198万股;7名激励对象第三批次尚未解除限售限制性股票共计66.4265万股;2名激励对象因个人2023年度考核结果为称职，回购共计2.7660万股。
