　　10月30日，“领航者征途“2024中国企业高质量出海论坛在中关村国际创新中心隆重举行。中国首席经济学家论坛理事刘煜辉出席并演讲。

　　谈及目前的美国大选，刘煜辉直言，“马斯克这么聪明的一个人，他一定是做了精准的数据调研，才会完全一边倒地选边站”。

　　不过，在刘煜辉看来，特朗普身上凝聚了很多不可能三角。“比如他要减税，要财政大规模扩张，同时要快速地降息，快速推降通胀。大家知道这三个目标是不可能同时成立的，充满着矛盾”。

　　刘煜辉还认为，由于AI所代表的新技术革命到了转换的关键窗口期，AI所带来的巨大利益面临着重新归置和分配。“像英伟达分掉蛋糕的80%、90%，这样的状态一定要重新分配，否则会严重制约AI对经济的进一步渗透，会成为AI渗透得严重障碍”。

　　他认为，最近美国经济成长的动能显著放缓背后的原因正是在一点。

　　刘煜辉还预测，如果特朗普当选，黄金很快就会突破3000美金，“这应该是一个大概率的事件”。
