智通财经APP讯，瑞浦兰钧(00666)发布公告，根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则附录C1所载企业管治守则第二部分的守则条文第C.2.1条，为进一步改善公司企业管治，董事会已批准将主席与行政总裁的角色进行区分，曹辉自2024年10月29日起不再担任公司总裁。在此变更后，曹辉仍将继续担任公司董事长、执行董事、提名委员会及环境、社会及治理委员会主席以及薪酬与考核委员会成员职务。
