智通财经APP讯，华能国际电力股份(00902)发布公告，为防范燃料价格波动风险、汇率波动风险以及利率波动风险，该公司全资子公司新加坡大士能源有限公司(“大士能源”)及其下属公司拟开展燃料掉期交易、外汇远期交易以及利率掉期交易。
公司于2024年10月29日召开第十一届董事会第九次会议，审议通过了《关于公司2025年度开展金融衍生品业务的议案》，同意大士能源及其下属公司2025年度开展燃料掉期业务交易额度不超过27亿美元，汇率远期业务交易额度不超过32亿美元，利率掉期业务交易额度不超过9亿美元。
