消息面上，联易融科技-W发布公告，于2024年10月29日，公司的全资附属联睿达供应链服务(深圳)有限公司拟向胡德芳先生收购深圳市拜特科技股份有限公司19,308,350股股份(包括受限制股份及无限制股份)，占目标公司股权约29.3763%，对价为约人民币4749.85万元。
与股权转让协议相关及同时，于2024年10月29日，买方订立债务代偿协议；股权质押协议；及表决权委托协议。
就现有债务而言，于2024年10月29日，买方及卖方与承押人及债权人订立债务代偿协议，据此，买方同意为卖方及代表卖方偿还现有债务，从股权转让总对价中直接向承押人及债权人分别支付现有债务金额。
