智通财经APP获悉，钢铁股再度走高，截至发稿，重庆钢铁股份(01053)涨25%，报1.25港元；鞍钢股份(00347)涨5.26%，报1.6港元；马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)涨3.2%，报1.29港元；中国东方集团(00581)涨1.6%，报1.27港元。
消息面上，中国钢铁工业协会近日表示，将加快研究推进产能治理和联合重组。中钢协已着手加快相关研究、开展专项调研，研究提出促进联合重组和完善退出机制的一揽子相关政策建议。长江证券认为，并购重组是部分连续亏损的钢企维持上市地位的重要途径。随着退市机制的完善和趋严，上市钢企集团或通过将盈利资产注入上市公司，亦或者将亏损的钢铁业务置出，以求避免退市的风险。
信达证券指出，虽然钢铁行业现阶段面临供需矛盾突出等困扰，行业利润整体下行，但伴随系列“稳增长”政策纵深推进，钢铁需求总量有望在房地产筑底企稳、基建投资稳中有增、制造业持续发展、钢铁出口高位等支撑下保持平稳或甚至边际略增，反观平控政策预期下钢铁供给总量趋紧且产业集中度持续趋强，钢铁行业供需总体形势有望维持平稳。
