智通财经APP获悉，部分药品股早盘走高，截至发稿，荣昌生物(09995)涨8.73%，报15.7港元；科济药业-B(02171)涨6.47%，报15.7港元；云顶新耀-B(01952)涨2.11%，报31.5港元；复星医药(02196)涨3.7%，报15.12港元。
消息面上，10月25日，全国中成药联合采购办公室发布第三批中成药全国集采征求意见稿：由湖北牵头实施，涉及20个产品组共95个产品，将延续前两批做法，对适应症或功能主治相似的不同通用名药品合并进行集中带量采购。2024年医保目录谈判于10月27日在北京启动，162个药品将在4天内完成现场谈判和竞价，结果预计2024年11月公布并于2025年1月1日实施。
国金证券认为，随着年底各类国家和地方集采、谈判等陆续落地出清，医药板块整体有望迎来估值修复机会。湘财证券则指出，四季度板块催化事件密集，创新药国谈及仿制药国采陆续启动，建议关注相关品种纳入医保及市占率提升投资机会。
