Agilysys, Inc. (AGYS) 2025年第二季度业绩电话会：宣布了创纪录的6830万美元收入，同比增长16.5%。公司完成了对水疗管理软件提供商Book4Time的收购，增加了约30%的客户属性，并预计订阅收入增长将超过38%。第二季度经常性收入增长21%，达到4140万美元，其中订阅收入增长36.6%，达到2510万美元。Agilysys预计全年收入将在2.8亿至2.85亿美元之间，调整后的EBITDA占收入的比例预计为18%，高于之前16%的预期。公司对POS业务的复苏持乐观态度，并预计服务积压水平将保持在创纪录水平。
