智通财经获悉，瑞银将纽曼矿业(NEM.US)与巴里克黄金(GOLD.US)的评级从买入下调至中性，目标价分别为54美元和22美元。
以Daniel Major为首的瑞银分析师表示，纽曼矿业第三季度的业绩令人感到非常意外，管理层暗示2025年核心产量和成本不会改善，而且对中期前景缺乏可视性，这削弱了人们的信心。瑞银表示，考虑到第三季度业绩的指引，中期产量和自由现金流预测被大幅下调，这影响了纽曼矿业相对于同行提供卓越和可持续现金回报的能力，同时，该公司宣布进一步出售资产的预期在一定程度上抵消了这一预期，这将支持近期现金回报并得益于黄金的积极前景。
关于巴里克黄金公司，瑞银表示，2024年产量下降和持续的成本压力相结合，给该公司之前的2025年生产指引带来了下行风险，并给成本带来了上行风险，而目前的共识并未反映出这一点。
