消息面上，华润建材科技公布2024年前9个月业绩，营业额约157.75亿元，同比减少13.1%；毛利约23.98亿元，同比减少14.5%；公司拥有人应占盈利3.086亿元，同比减少51.6%；每股基本盈利0.044元。中金发布研报称，由于价格阶段性压力仍较大，下调公司2024/25E归母净利润34%/10%至5.58亿元/11.3亿元。
该行认为，4Q24随着西江进入枯水期，华南或继续迎提价窗口，当前公司盈利优先的战略已然确立，核心经营区域价格有望边际修复，4Q24业绩有望同环比回升。展望2025年，随着市场协同修复，该行认为公司吨盈利中枢有望同比有所回升，同时随着公司骨料业务产销稳定释放，以及前期的生产运输瓶颈解除，骨料业务产销及盈利释放有望加速。
