地政总署公布，华懋集团旗下睿劲有限公司以约10.22亿元投得沙田小沥源用地，批租期为五十年。该用地的地盘面积约为5,652平方米，指定作非工业用途。最低及最高的楼面面积分别为16,956平方米及28,260平方米。是次成交价低出市场估值下限，成交楼面呎价约3,357元。
其他投标者包括长江实业(01113.HK) 、信置(00083.HK) 、会德丰、锐贯及新地(00016.HK) 。
资料显示，是次推出的沙田市地段第625号沙田小沥源的沙田围路与小沥源路交界项目，发展规模相对同区于7月售出的地皮大逾九成。该住宅地地盘面积约6.08万平方呎，估计可建楼面面积约为30.42万平方呎。市场估值介乎10.6亿至12亿元，相当于每呎楼面地价约3,500元至3,950元。(vc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-10-29 16:25。)
