消息面上，粤海投资公布2024年前9个月业绩，收入约181.42亿港元，同比增长10.4%；归属于公司所有者的溢利约35.93亿港元，同比减少6.1%。公告称，收入的增加主要来自物业投资及发展业务的收入增加，部分增长被水资源业务的建设服务收入减少所抵销。
