智通财经APP获悉，美兰空港(00357)回落逾4%，截至发稿，跌4.18%，报9.18港元，成交额2268.17万港元。
美兰空港公布，经公司与仲裁申请人Aero Infrastructure友好磋商，双方最终达成和解金额为税前2.25亿港元，相较原先金额2.988亿港元明显减少，且获豁免应付利息。公司已于近日完成支付，款项支付未对生产及运营产生不利影响。
值得注意的是，美兰空港公布，与独立第三方樟宜机场(中国)于海南成立合营，计划自2025年1月起，独家管理美兰机场的零售、餐饮、广告、休闲和其他服务，合作期限为10年。华泰证券此前指出，美兰空港上半年归母净亏损为2.48亿，低于前预期，主因免税等非航业务恢复不佳，且仲裁案件公司需进行赔偿2.73亿。
