智通财经APP获悉，四环医药(00460)盘中涨超20%，截至发稿，涨7.04%，报0.76港元，成交额1.45亿港元。
消息面上，四环医药9月底发布公告，集团与韩国生物制药公司Hugel,Inc.签署的关于注射用A型肉毒毒素（商品名：乐提葆，规格：100U及50U）的独家销售协议，经协议双方一致确认，已续约至2030年年底。据悉，乐提葆是中国市场中第四个获批上市的肉毒毒素产品，也是目前中国市场上唯一一个获批的韩国肉毒毒素产品。
值得注意的是，四环医药10月初发布公告，公司将根据市况及资金安排自本公告日期起计12个月内，按董事会不时决定的时间及次数，在市场上购回总额不超过5亿港元的股份(已包含公司2024年上半年已透过香港联合交易所有限公司购回的约536万港元的股份)。公司将从其可用的现金储备为购回股份提供资金。
