智通财经APP获悉，宋都服务(09608)早盘一度涨逾81%，截至发稿，涨63.46%，报0.17港元，成交额110.09万港元。
消息面上，10月30日，宋都服务发布公告，根据一般授权认购新股份及终止认购协议。公告显示，于2024年10月30日(于交易时段后)，宋都服务与新认购人订立新认购协议，据此，宋都服务有条件同意配发及发行，而新认购人有条件同意以现金6400万港元认购合共768,000,000股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.0833港元。
认购股份占宋都服务现有已发行股本的20%以及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的已发行股份的约16.667%(假设公司股本于新认购协议日期至完成日期期间概无其他变动)。新认购事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额(经扣除相关开支后)将分别为6400万港元及约6250万港元。
根据新认购人提供的资料，新认购人为阜阳逸航矿业有限公司，主要从事采矿业业务，由王姿懿女士最终拥有。
