智通财经APP讯，胜狮货柜(00716)发布公告，该公司的一间全资附属公司与该客户订立日期为2024年5月28日的首次融资租赁协议、日期为2024年7月8日的第二次融资租赁协议、日期为2024年10月19日的第三次融资租赁协议及第四次融资租赁协议。根据首次融资租赁协议、第二次融资租赁协议、第三次融资租赁协议及第四次融资租赁协议，该客户分别同意租赁 2850、650、1150 及 4100个集装箱，为期五年。该客户有权于相关租赁年期结束时按照该交易买断产品。
生产集装箱为集团其中一个主要业务。近年，集团一直与若干主要客户探讨以融资租赁方式销售集装箱产品。据此，集团先将制成品交付予客户，及客户于租赁期内分期付款。
