消息面上，10月28日，国务院办公厅印发《关于加快完善生育支持政策体系推动建设生育友好型社会的若干措施》，文件从强化生育服务支持，加强育幼服务体系建设，强化教育、住房、就业等支持措施，营造生育友好社会氛围等4方面提出13条具体举措，营造全社会尊重生育、支持生育的良好氛围。
海通国际认为，政策强调建设生育友好型社会路径并提出具体措施，有望推动产科医疗服务、辅助生殖、产前检查等需求增长，间接促进中长期儿童用药、医疗需求向好，催化妇儿医疗需求回暖。民生证券表示，多项政策出台有望推动生育率边际改善，建议关注母婴赛道标的。
