　　康桥悦生活（02205）发布公告，董事会已于2024年10月28日通知罗兵咸永道建议更换核数师，罗兵咸永道同意辞去公司核数师的职务，自2024年10月28日起生效。

　　董事会已议决建议委任国富浩华（香港）会计师事务所为公司新的核数师，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的空缺，任期直至公司下一届股东周年大会止，惟须经股东于公司股东特别大会上予以批准。
