乐声电子(00213.HK) 公布,其间接全资附属National Properties以总代价400万英镑,向Native Land Investment悉售Sonic Run Investments的528.2万股,料录收益60万港元;所得款项净额拟用作一般营运资金用途。
目标公司为NLGS之393.72万股C股的唯一实益拥有人,相当于NLGS的全部已发行及缴足股本少于20%。NLGS为一家投资实体,其设立目的是与一个总部位于英国的房地产投资信托合作并向其提供开发资金,以收购英格兰100 George Street, London W1的住宅租赁物业并进行后续再开发。上述总部位于英国的房地产投资信托是该物业目前的合法实益拥有人。
该物业为住宅物业,提供41个单位及配套设施。作为提供开发资金等的回报,NLGS将享有部分利润,其中包括就向该物业提供开发管理服务收取表现费用。该项目仍在进行中,预期将于2025年年底竣工。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
