SBA Communications (SBAC) reported Q3 adjusted funds from operations late Monday of $3.32 per share, down from $3.34 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ forecast $3.31.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $667.6 million, down from $682.5 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ projected $670.2 million.
The company said it now expects a full-year 2024 AFFO of $13.20 to $13.45 per share against a previous guidance of $13.06 to $13.43 per share. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $13.19.
Revenue for the year is now projected to be in the range of $2.66 billion to $2.68 billion compared with a previous guidance of $2.64 billion to $2.67 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $2.66 billion.
The company said its board kept the quarterly dividend at $0.98 per share, payable Dec. 12 to shareholders of record on Nov. 14.
