For 2024, the company now expects core FFO in the range of $8 to $8.15, compared with the prior projection of $7.95 to $8.15. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $7.56.
As of Sept. 30, the company managed 1,461 stores for third-party owners and 460 stores in unconsolidated joint ventures, for a total of 1,921 managed stores.
